You can request a free replacement within seven business days for items that arrive damaged, items that are incorrect, or orders not delivered within 30 days (unless tracking shows “delivered” on the carrier’s site, e.g., USPS or Canada Post).

After seven days from your delivery date, we’re sorry but replacements are no longer available.

All sales are final—if your order is damaged, incorrect, or hasn’t arrived after 30 days (unless marked delivered by the carrier), we’ll send a replacement rather than issue a refund.
