Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the original price of the item, even if it is purchased at a discounted price.
How This Works
The shipping and handling charges use the original price of the product.
For example, if an item was originally priced at $100, and you receive a 40% discount, paying $60, the shipping and handling fee will still be based on the original $100 price.
Why an Additional Shipping Fee Was Charged
Our store’s Terms of Service state that each order is considered a separate transaction, so shipping fees are charged for each order.
When you accepted the upsell offer, it created a new order along with its own shipping fee.
