When your shipment status is only “Label Created” or “Shipment Notification Sent,” drop us a message through our Contact Form page.

We’ll check with the Fulfillment Center and inform you within 24–48 business hours if we’re able to adjust your order.

Once the status moves past those stages, your package has left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit. At that point, we can’t guarantee a cancellation—but we’ll still do our best to help.
