If “pertry” Appears on Your Billing or Bank Statement
Seeing “pertry” on your statement means either you—or someone in your household—made a purchase from pertry or its parent company, or a subscription has automatically renewed.
Unable to Identify the Charge?
Follow these steps to trace the source of the transaction:

Search your email for “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”

Find the receipt that matches the amount on your billing statement.

Check the sender’s email address on that receipt and note the domain (for example, “support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com”).

Visit that domain’s website to confirm whether it belongs to pertry or another store.

If it’s a familiar site:

Click Create a Support Ticket at the top of the page.

Scroll to the footer and select Create a Support Ticket.
