How Shipping Timelines Work

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Once shipped, delivery takes:

U.S.: 7–20 business days

International: 10–25 business days

Before the 5th Business Day

Your order should ship between day 1 and day 5 after you place it.

If it ships sooner, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with your tracking number) at the address you provided.

Didn’t see a tracking email by the 5th business day? Check your Junk/Spam folder.

After the 5th Business Day

If you haven’t seen your order ship by business day 6, our team is already aware and has escalated the issue to our Fulfillment Team.

We’ll need up to 3 more business days to get your tracking number.

Why you might not see tracking updates yet:

The carrier’s first scan often happens at a regional hub near the destination—especially during peak volume. Until that scan, the carrier’s system won’t show any updates.

Some carriers don’t scan until the package is out for delivery.

Occasionally, tracking databases update more slowly than expected.

Certain shipment types (e.g., Standard International) aren’t fully trackable online. Rest assured, they still arrive on or before day 20/25.

If your tracking hasn’t updated by day 20 or 25, please allow up to 5 more business days—most packages arrive just after the published window.

Delivery EST = Estimated Shipping Date + Transit Time

Transit Time is based on the shipping speed you selected and counts business days only (weekends usually don’t count, unless you choose a weekend delivery option at checkout).

We also account for holidays when calculating transit.

“Order Within” Countdown Timer

On select products, you may see a countdown showing how long you have to order to receive by a certain date. That date can change until you complete checkout; your final delivery estimate will appear in your confirmation email.

Free Shipping

Free-shipping orders arrive in 7–25 business days.

To keep shipping costs low, we consolidate shipments, which can delay the initial dispatch. Don’t worry—if it hasn’t shipped immediately, we’re still on track to meet the 7–25 day window.

Expedited Shipping

We rarely offer expedited options so that we can keep product prices as low as possible.
