Sometimes, parcels come back to us labeled “undeliverable.” This can occur for various reasons, such as:

An incorrect or outdated address. Once held by the courier, they’ll store it (timeframes vary by service) before sending it back. Always double-check your address when placing an order.

Our system didn’t recognize the address format, or the carrier assigned cannot deliver to that location.

A restricted delivery address was used (e.g., prison or correctional facility), where either the product or carrier faces specific limitations.

The carrier tried to deliver but was unsuccessful. Most providers attempt delivery multiple times; if they cannot complete it, they return the package.

The recipient refused the delivery. For instance, a recipient receiving an unexpected gift may decline it if they think it’s mistaken.

If the street name, ZIP code, or city is incorrect, we’ll reach out to your local post office to correct the details. If adjustments aren’t possible, we’ll send a replacement.

If there’s only a minor typo—such as “Loa Angeles, CA 90210”—there’s a good chance the local post office can still identify the correct address. In that case, please contact your local post office directly for help.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We’ll evaluate whether a replacement is possible. However, since all sales are final, refunds cannot be issued.

If you notice the address error before the order ships, please open a ticket via our Contact Form page. We’ll work with you and the fulfillment team to determine the best solution.

We cannot resend orders that couriers return to us as undeliverable for the reasons above—except in the case of correcting an address (clause 1.1.3). If you still want the same items, you’ll need to place a new order on our website.
