Receiving the Wrong Item

An incorrect item means you received something entirely different from what’s listed on our website:

Example 1 (Will be replaced): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.

Example 3 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie and feel it’s not weighted as advertised.

To expedite this process, please send us three photos of the item you received from different angles.

Once your replacement is confirmed, there’s no need to send the wrong item back to us.
